Blood Orange and Pomegranate Overnight Osts

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of oats 

1 Tbs chia seeds 

1/4- 1/2 cup of milk 

1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt 

Juice of 1/2 a blood orange 

1/2 of a chopped blood orange 

Sprinkle walnuts 

Sprinkle pomegranate jewels 

Top with honey 


Instructions! 

Place ingredients in order listed. 

Mix well after adding the yogurt

Then layer the rest of the ingredients 

Place in fridge overnight

Mix in the am, add any extra toppings and enjoy! 

You can also warm it and eat it as oatmeal as well,
