Mother’s Day is coming up and what better way to celebrate than a fun breakfast in bed for mom! It can be easy and still fun and delicious! My absolute favorite fruit salad is easy to make and even more yummy to eat! Read on to see the recipe.

Mother’s Day does not have to be complicated or expensive. I’m sure all mom’s appreciate a day to be celebrated! Here’s a few ways to make the day fun and memorable

5 WAYS TO MAKE IT FUN AND MEMORABLE

  1. Serve breakfast on a wooden or galvanized tray. Does not have to be a traditional breakfast tray.

  2. Serve the fruit in a fancy dish. ( I used an ice cream dish)

  3. Fresh flowers are always a good idea! Whether picked on your homestead or from the store!

  4. A linen napkin makes everything feel way more special

  5. A sparkling drink and pretty glassware add a final touch! ( we don’t drink alcohol so sparkling drinks all the way) I have linked my favorite one below! It’s Rose with rosehips and it’s super fun!

Here are other breakfast foods you can make!

  1. French Toast

  2. Delicious Waffles ( gluten free)

  3. Breakfast Crisp

  4. Yummy Oatmeal

  5. Homemade Granola

This fruit salad is the perfect mix of fruit with a sweet and tangy sauce that is sweetened with honey. The lime zest really makes it so tasty and delicious! It might look plain but wait till you taste it!
