Hummus Party Dip 

The time of year for gatherings and delicious meals. Here is an easy  appetizer that is sure to please! 

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cans garbanzo ( drained and rinsed) 

1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomato ( chopped) 

1 jar of quartered artichokes ( drained and 10-14 ounce jar) 

1 cup minced green onions ( light and dark parts) 

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp onion

Sea salt and pepper to taste 

DIRECTIONS: 

Place all ingredients into a food processor. 

Blend well until everything is fully mixed together. 

Serve with crackers or bread and top with chopped chives. 

May store in fridge for 3-5 days. Mix well before serving.
