Spring at Tractor Supply
It is no secret I love tractor supply, for many reasons, but spring time is definitely one of my favorites! From baby chicks to all things gardening they have all I need this time of year. The best part? There’s also home items! The Red Shed line always has the most beautiful and unique items for the home. The donkeys agree too! HOME
After moving to the country almost years ago I began to cook more garden fresh recipes. We no longer lived near restaurants so cooking became a passion and is a big part of what we do. I love having essentials in the kitchen that help make preparing meals not only easier but also add beauty as well. The spring Red Shed line has such fun pieces that I’ve loved incorporating into my kitchen!
Making memories in the kitchen this spring are a must! Ava loves helping me and as she gets older she truly is starting to “help” in her own way. Below is a recipe for my favorite lemonade! How adorable is the lemon juicer? Ahh I love it so much! Perfect to keep on the counter and use when needed. Their tea towels are also a must and I have a stack on hand in the cutest patterns and colors that are perfect for spring.

ANNETTE’S FAVORITE LEMONADE RECIPE
There’s nothing more refreshing than a cold glass of lemonade after a warm day working around the homestead. As spring kicks into full gear the sun shines longer, the days are sweeter, and moments with little Ava are my favorite!
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup raw local honey
2 cups cold water
2 cups crushed ice
fresh sliced strawberries if desired
DIRECTIONS
In a small sauce pan place honey with 1/2 a cup of water. Warm over low to medium heat until honey is dissolved.
In a large kitchen add fresh lemon juice, water, honey/water mixture ( once cooled) and 2 cups of crushed ice.
You can also garnish with fresh strawberries!
Serves 4
GARDEN
Not only did I find perfect items for the home but there were some amazing items for gardening as well! I mean the seed box is PERFECT to store some of my seeds and I also love the caddy.
I think the seed box would make a perfect gift for someone as well!
HOME
I think my absolute favorite piece has to be this drink cooler. I mean it is PERFECT for spring family time. I used it this last weekend and the ice stayed intact for over 24 hours! Keep everything cool and it even has a drain and even a bottle opener attached. I also am obsessed with the unique look not to mention it has wheels and it’s super sturdy.
Buddy and Chilli were also happy to see the cooler and Ava enjoyed her fresh lemonade very much. Honestly friends it’s all about making memories and spending quality time together this spring. These items just make these moments sweeter.
When it comes to home things I find there are simple ways to decorate the kitchen! For example, a super easy way is to switch out your tea towels. The Red Shed collection has a lot of amazing and super cute designs! They make a perfect gift as well. You can also use functional pieces to decorate with such as the cake stand and wood serving board and utensil holder which are all from the Red Shed Collection. Even Georgia joined in on the fun! Its of course always a good idea to use fresh herbs and flowers to decorate as well!
