Super Easy Pickled Tomatoes
A super easy recipe you can make with all your extra cherry and small tomato varieties
INGREDIENTS
About 20 small tomatoes (cherry and pear varieties work great)
-you can also use small romas-
1 pint container ( I like a Ball® Canning Jar)
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. pickling spice
2 Tbsp. sugar
DIRECTIONS
Wash tomatoes and remove stems
Place water, vinegar, and sugar in a small saucepan and heat till sugar is melted.
Pack tomatoes into jar
Add pickling spice
Pour hot brine over tomatoes
Seal with a clean lid
Let cool before placing fridge.
Let sit for a week and then they’re ready to eat!
