Honey Lime Roasted Carrots
This is a delicious and easy to make side dish that is sure to please! Sweet and tangy, it will become a favorite at any meal.
Honey Lime Roasted Carrots
A perfectly delicious and tangy side dish! I Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
INGREDIENTS
8-10 medium - large carrots, peeled and sliced into even pieces
Juice of 2 limes
2 Tbs Honey
1.5 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tsp dried Oregano
1/4 Tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare carrots
In a small bowl mix, lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and oregano
Toss carrots in mixture until evenly coated.
Place on baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
Then broil for 5 minutes to toast the tops well, do not let them burn.
Sprinkle one more time with a little salt and oregano
Serve!
