My favorite pasta dishes with Jovial Foods
We eat pasta in our home at least 1 or day a week! It’s one of our favorites! Read on to see some of my favorite recipes and learn about our absolute favorite brand of gluten free pasts, Jovial.
Here’s my favorite Alfred Sauce Recipe
Vegan Alfredo
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cashews ( soaked overnight)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk ( may also use coconut)
Juice of 1 large lemon
7-8 cloves garlic ( minced)
1 tbs garlic powder
1 yellow onion ( roughly chopped)
1tbs nutritional yeast
1tsp salt
1 tsp better than bouillon roasted garlic
3 tbs Violife Parmesan ( or your favorite plant-based parmesan)
Cracked pepper
DIRECTIONS
Soak Cashews overnight drain and place in high powered blender. Add remaining ingredients minus “ parmesan” and pepper.
Blend well until very smooth.
Place in a medium saucepan and warm over low to medium heat for about 10 min stirring frequently.
Sauce will thicken. Add parmesan and mix well.
Add Fresh cracked pepper if desired and serve over your favorite Jovial pasta!
