Peach and blueberry breakfast crisp
PEACH & BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST CRISP
This easy crisp is a delicious and healthy start to your morning! It's not only tasty but also good for you!
Ingredients like whole wheat flour, oats, flax seeds, and, of course, the yummy fruits give this dish a nutrient boost. I love that it has mostly natural sugars and healthy fats. Best of all? If you don't have peaches or blueberries, simply swap them with other fruit combinations you love!

Low-sugar peach jam
I love making peach jam and serving it with yummy scones, on toast, or mixed with plant-based yogurt. And when the jam contains less sugar, even the better, as we can enjoy it without the guilt!
This recipe is quick, easy, and oh-so-delicious. Mixing it with a sugar substitute makes it a more health-conscious version of your favorite jam.

vanilla peach jam
This vanilla peach jam is my absolute favorite jam recipe! Made with honey as the sweetener, it's a healthier alternative to traditional jams made with refined sugars. The vanilla is optional, but it does add a very delicious flavor, which I highly recommend.
This recipe is great for those who do not wish to can the jam.
I love this jam on top of warm, homemade bread. You can also add it to oatmeal or as a glaze for your protein. To make the ultimate grilled cheese, add some of this jam and stir it into barbecue sauce for added depth of flavor.
This jam also makes the perfect gift for a loved one!
honey-spiced peaches
These delicious honey-spiced peaches are the perfect way to capture the season's essence and preserve bountiful peaches for enjoyment long after their fruiting period.
Their natural sweetness is paired with the perfect blend of honey and spices. Cinnamon, clove, and allspice aromas will fill your kitchen, and the luscious peaches will transform into sweet jewels covered in golden-hued syrup.

P.S. I think you’ll love these honey-spiced peach bites, too. They are the most delicious appetizer!
savory sweet salsa with tomatoes & peaches
Using succulent peaches with the cozy sweetness of brown sugar and a fiery habanero pepper makes this salsa oh-so-delicious! Roasting tomatoes, peaches, peppers, and onions gives it a lovely charred flavor that reminds you of hot summer days and barbeques with friends.
Whether you're planning a lazy Sunday picnic, a spontaneous weeknight dinner, or a full-blown backyard party, this salsa will be a hit with everyone!

roasted peach flatbread
If you want a quick, easy, and delicious appetizer to serve at a family gathering or summer barbecue, these flatbreads will be a hit!
They are the perfectly balanced snack with the peaches paired with arugula pesto, creamy fetta, and topped with creamy fetta cheese.

Peach Barbecue sauce
This sauce is ideal for those who are not yet ready to try their hand at canning!
Made with peaches, bell pepper, and a whole lot of other flavorful ingredients, it is so delicious for summer sandwiches. I especially love serving it on a jackfruit sandwich.

gluten-free peach cobbler
Let’s end the day with a delicious yet semi-healthy ;-) dessert! A peach cobbler is always the perfect summer treat. Served with your favorite vanilla ice cream makes it even better!
This recipe uses coconut milk and gluten-free flour, making it something that everyone can enjoy, no matter their dietary requirements or preferences.
