Mother of Gardens: T-shirt Collaboration Between Azure Farms and Tribe Van Tassel

I am so excited to share this with you guys! Bailey of Tribe Van Tassel and I collaborated on a t-shirt collection and it has been so very fun! Scroll to see what the magic is all about!

MOTHER OF GARDENS-

Bailey and I have so much in common! We both became mama’s to girls last year. She is already a mommy to an amazing little boy. We’re the same height and have brown hair, we love gardening and all things farm! I have wanted to do something with her for a while and finally I texted her and said “We should do a t-shirt” Woohoo! She said she had been thinking of one for a while and we started brainstorming!

We chatted a bit about it and exchanged some e-mails back and forth with ideas and graphics. Then I told her I had to plan Ava’s party and couldn’t think about it for about week. Fast forward to this past week and I texted her at the EXACT SAME TIME she sent me a message on instagram! How crazy is that. We both said “ let’s do this” Bailey already had sketched up an idea for the design we wanted and said “ We should have this ready for Mothers Day” And just like that we decided on the design.

I got to work on photoshop with my average graphic designer skills. The first design I did was TERRIBLE! But the second one was instantly a favorite and we kept tweaking it. Adding a few more herbs and flowers.She wanted nasturtium’s and I wanted pansies. We both loved a combination of vintage and watercolor veggies so we mixed the two together!

In 24 hours I had it ready. I’m not even sure how we did it that fast but great minds think alike and we got it done! We are already planning our second design! SO exciting!
