This is my favorite hot chocolate recipe:
Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup almond milk
2 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tbs maple syrup ( More if you want it sweeter)
1 Tbs dark chocolate chips
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp coconut oil
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
whipped cream to serve
stick of cinnamon to serve
DIRECTIONS:
In a small saucepan, warm the milk.
Add the chocolate chips and whisk until melted and blended.
Add the cocoa powder and whisk to blend
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Do not boil, but simply warm thoroughly with all the ingredients
Serve with whipped cream and a stick of cinnamon
Makes 1 Serving
