Beverages
I love sipping on a refreshing glass of lavender honey lemonade on a warm afternoon! Lavender sugar is the secret ingredient that adds a subtle floral note. Rim your glass for an extra touch of sophistication.
Baked Goods
The delicate lavender sugar will take your treats to a whole new level. Add it to your baked goods batter or sprinkle it on top of sugar cookies, scones, or cakes for a hint of sparkle and a burst of unique flavor.
In Whipped Cream
Add a touch of floral magic to your whipped cream by incorporating lavender sugar. This will turn a simple dollop into a delightful accompaniment for desserts, hot beverages, or even fresh fruit.
Add to Butter
Transform ordinary butter into a gourmet spread by blending it with lavender sugar. Spread it on biscuits, scones, bread, or crackers for a fragrant experience.
Sprinkle Over Fresh Fruit
I would often give fresh fruit a fancy makeover by sprinkling lavender sugar on top! The floral notes pair beautifully with berries, stone fruits, and citrus.
A Thoughtful Gift
Show your loved ones you care by gifting them a jar of homemade lavender sugar. It’s ideal for those who love cooking, baking, or appreciating the subtle smells of herbs.
DIY Rosemary Salt: A Savory charm
Rosemary salt is an essential kitchen companion (well, in my opinion, at least!), enhancing various dishes with its aromatic and savory charm.
How to make rosemary salt
Ingredients:
1 cup packed fresh rosemary leaves
1 cup coarse salt, such as sea salt
3 cups kosher salt
Pinch of lemon zest (optional)
Directions:
Remove the rosemary leaves from the stem. Chop them roughly.
Zest a lemon.
In a food processor or small food chopper, combine sea salt, chopped rosemary, and lemon zest.
Pulse 8-9 times until all is mixed well. The texture should be similar to table salt; it will be damp and look almost like wet sand.
Add it to the kosher salt and mix until well blended.
Spread out onto a baking sheet.
Spread the rosemary salt mixture evenly and allow it to dry for 1-2 hours.
Store flavored salt in an airtight container or jar.

What is not to love about avocado toast?! Make it even tastier by using rosemary salt as a finishing touch. The herbal infusion will complement the creamy avocado, turning a simple breakfast into a delicious delight.
Roasted Potatoes or French Fries
Give your roasted potatoes or french fries a flavor boost by finishing them off with a pinch of rosemary salt. The herb goodness will make these staples the star of any meal.
Roasted Vegetables
After roasting your favorite vegetables, add a pinch of rosemary salt to enhance the natural flavors and add depth to your veggie dishes.
Fresh Tomatoes
Fresh tomatoes, enjoyed straight off the vine, taste even better when I sprinkle a bit of rosemary salt over them.

Mix rosemary salt with olive oil for an aromatic bread dipper, which is perfect for serving with freshly baked bread.
