Pistachio and Pomegranate Chocolate Bark

Not many things go together as well as chocolate and nuts! Especially pistachios! Add some pomegranate seeds to balance out the sweetness, adding a touch of tartness, and you’ve got a winner combo!

This recipe is so simple and requires no baking, yet packs a punch in flavor, richness, and crispiness. Combining chocolate, salted nuts, and pomegranate jewels creates the perfect balance. And it looks gorgeous too!

poached pear caramel cake

Bosc pears, vanilla, fall spices, cream cheese, and caramel were a heavenly combination to make this beautiful holiday dessert!

At the heart of this yummy cake are Bosc pears—December's jewels that embody elegance and warmth with their nutty and spicy notes.

Instead of buttercream, I decided to use a luscious cream cheese filling. The cream cheese balances and compliments the sweetness of the poached pears with a yummy tanginess.

chocolate orange tart

Delicious fresh citrus flavor mixed with smooth dark chocolate—a match made in heaven, if you ask me! Blood oranges are a favorite of mine, and eating them fresh on this dark chocolate tart ensures the perfect balance between sweetness and tartness.

This tart is plant-based and gluten-free, and thanks to using almond flour it has a more rustic, nutty crust. It is the perfect tart to enjoy with everyone, free of food allergy concerns!

raspberry chocolate jam

One favorite holiday treat I like to enjoy is a luscious raspberry and chocolate jam. The combination of raspberries and chocolate brings all the holiday flavors and reminds me of Christmas evenings and cozy moments.

The perfect balance of sweetness and tartness and the lower sugar content allow the flavors of the raspberries and cocoa to shine through.

My family and I love this jam as a topping for bagels, scones, muffins, and cupcakes. It also works fantastic as a filling for fun holiday cookies!
